Organic Mechanic Assistant is a wellness and educational tool, not a medical service. The information provided through this app:

• Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
• Should not be relied upon for medical decisions

Information We Collect

• Email address — collected at account creation and used to identify your account
• Chat messages — the questions and conversations you have with the Organic Mechanic assistant
• Posture assessment images — photos you submit for posture analysis

• Usage data — which features you use, session frequency, app performance data
• Device information — device type, operating system version, app version

Health-Related Information

When you use our posture assessment or chat features, you may voluntarily share information about your physical condition, symptoms, movement patterns, or health history. You are never required to share this information. Any health-related information you share is used solely to provide you with personalized wellness guidance within the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Organic Mechanic Assistant app and its features
• Personalize your wellness guidance and assessment results
• Maintain your conversation history so you can reference past sessions
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information to:

How We Protect Your Health-Related Data

We treat any health-related information you share with heightened care:

• Posture assessment images are processed on our servers for analysis and are not stored permanently. Images are deleted after your assessment is complete.
• Chat messages containing health information are stored securely and are only accessible to you and our systems for the purpose of providing the service.
• All data is transmitted using TLS encryption (HTTPS).
• Data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database hosted in the United States with industry-standard security controls including encryption at rest.
• Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:

Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Email info@holisticbodyshop.com with subject line "Delete My Account"
2. Include the email address associated with your account
3. We will process your request within 14 days and confirm when complete

Children's Privacy

Organic Mechanic Assistant is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@holisticbodyshop.com and we will delete it promptly.

California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act:

Organic Mechanic Assistant is operated from the United States. If you access the app from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
